I had a great day. I went to the chiropractor, got adjusted and got some acupuncture. I also went to physical therapy, walked and broke out the epsom salts. I also worked out at home with weights and did some pilates. It was a very productive day and I’m really pleased that I was able to motivate myself and get the hard work done. I feel much better. My ankle is rehabbing well and I’m hopeful that walking will get easier soon.

Sometimes you have to push yourself really hard to get better. My ankle needs to be walked on in order for it to get stronger. Today I must have walked about 3 miles. I feel great about it. I’m really proud of myself. I have tried to work out on my stationary bike, but I get so bored that, honestly, the only way I’m going to get back in shape is if I walk. It does hurt, but I am glad that I can walk again.
