Moving & Getting Better

legsI had a great day. I went to the chiropractor, got adjusted and got some acupuncture. I also went to physical therapy, walked and broke out the epsom salts. I also worked out at home with weights and did some pilates. It was a very productive day and I’m really pleased that I was able to motivate myself and get the hard work done. I feel much better. My ankle is rehabbing well and I’m hopeful that walking will get easier soon.

Today was proof positive that putting exercise and care on my schedule will yield results. I didn’t think that I could get here, but I’m feeling much more motivated.
